Excellent craftmanship - from the detailed 10 page quote which included a photo of my house, pictures of my tile and flat roofs, the detailed schedule of work to be done and the diagram of the roof structure to be worked on and the ability to email this to me was very impressive. This was the reason why this company won our bid over 7 other roofing bids. The team of workers were careful, knowlegeable, competent, courteous and efficient - not a typical impression for roof contractors. Dennis Grant, GM, was responsive to questions and offered great advice. La Rocque's network of contractors in other trades simplified the quote process for additional work in other areas. The work site was kept clean daily. I would highly recommend La Rocque Roofs for any roofing job. The annual maintenance program is one that I have invested in and wished that this was available years ago.
