This review is for Ryan Onaka and Ladera Lending. I recently refinanced my home and Ryan Onaka was my mortgage banker. His professionalism and knowledge blew my mind. Typically I am skeptical about taking any advice from loan officers as I always thought that hey are out to put you into a bad loan with high fees. Mr. Onaka went over a few different options, never forcing one option over the other. After reviewing everything with my husband we decided on moving forward with Ladera Lending. The fees were reasonable and no surprises ever came up. On top of that my loan was closed in 3 weeks. I will definitely refer my friends and family and when I need to refinance again I will contact Mr. Onaka and Ladera Lending.
