Jason Hutchen / Ladera Lending

Originally I was going to refinance with PennyMac that same week I received a call from Ladera Lending ( Never heard of it ) from a gentleman name Jason Hutchen, he talked to me about different option I could do with my refinance, I was very hesitant about this company I never heard about but Jason after many phone calls he was able to demonstrate that in fact this was a better option for me.
Now I'm waiting for my final documents and my new payment booklet.
