Saved money and got the job done

We had a very high interest rate of 7% and little equity in our home and thought we were stuck. When we spoke with Dennis at Ladera Lending he explained that we could still save money by refinancing into a VA loan. Not only that, we could even get some cash out to fix our roof. Dennis took the time to explain things and was very helpful with things outside the scope of the loan like termite inspection and helping us organize documents.
