At first they are great but you will quickly realize they are no different. They are after cosing a deal and can careless if they only give you one key with the car although they said it comes with two. I also never got my license plates (used car) and recently got a ticket because of them. The sales people hardly get back to you and the only way to get their attention was to get the BBB involved but still didn't fix any real issues. They lost a good client and I will never buy anything from that dealer. If you are in the area and want a Land Rover just drive 15 more miles and go to Pasadena instead of Encino. I personally would not recommend this place to any of my family and friends.
