Sales people seem like nice people (of course). Dealer is very sloppy with paperwork and customer service. Bought a used LR3 from them and 90 days later still have not received my tags. We have been pulled over 3 times due to expired plates. Encino Land Rover said they would over-night the tags and never arrived. 3 Different managers say they are looking into it and we never hear back. I think this dealer is in financial trouble. Watch out!
