I dealt with Stephanie in customer service at Laptopmate after a purchase problem from ebay. She was condescending and unprofessional. I showed verification of the purchase and she told me to buy the product somewhere else. What other company would do that?
Ultimately, I will purchase the product somewhere else and will be happy to do so.
