F- I am sickened by this company. Pretty strong words. I understnad when something is shipped incorrectly, or comes in late etc. What i find completely unacceptable is a company that won't return calls or emails. I purchased a T.V. lamp and had it shipped 2 day FED EX. It came on time, but it was the wrong lamp. No problem, could have been my mistake. I called for an RMA 3 times and emailed. I get no response. The answering service starts puts me on hold and about 5 minutes later i'm told to leave a message. I get no call back as indicated. Based on the need to get the lamp in on time i ordered another the same day figuring i'd get an RMA. I ordered this Lamp Priority Overnight at $19.00 due to the urgency of a big gathering in two days. The order was placed at 2:47 (Laptops for less Policy is they ship same day if in stock and if ordered before 11:30. The item didn't ship until nearly 5 the next day and didn't arrive until 3 days later. I had to move my event. I have since called and left 6 messages. I have sent 3 emails. I have recieved no call back or response of anykind. They took my money, didn't ship the right product and didn't ship a 2nd within 24 hours. Unacceptable.
