This company has highly questionable business practices in my opinion. I ghired elva wallace as a attorney and she never filed my case with court. This costing my home to go into default as well as getting $6,700 plus in sanctions. $4,300 aprox in joint names hers qnd mine. yet promptly had those sanctions placed in my name solely.Then paralegal at all american documents lied and said they were taken off my case for conflict of interest.refused to appear in court with me for that reason. leaving the judge to question ME for her absence.Also judge stated that in the (2)years she was my attorney for this part of case. he thought he saw her in court for my case but added, he could have been mistaken and really thought he may have never seen her. paralegal takes your money and i saw elva wallace (3) times in (3) years.
case taken on in 2006 and again in 2007. however, she called to meet me in 2008 as she did not know me as she never met with me at all. sent a letter promising to return money for out of state deposition,never taken. that was over 3 years ago and no refund. This company, as of recently mislead a client to believe that they were "we help yoou legal" thier competitors and claimed the tv advertising of mr.karl knoll(owner of we help you legal) was thiers going as far as to say how expensive it was.This business along with all american legal documents had bad reviews again on merchantcircle where "
they lose you money" so work is delayed til they "get the money back up" so they can proceed with legal matters consumer has already paid for.Now, they delete any information from merchant circle that is a true review of them by consumers such as private individuals as well as business people and replace them with cheesy short great reviews immediately after finding reviews not liked by them.I got ripped off bad almost losing my home, i had to fioght for it after what they did to me. please look into thier activities. as mr.knoll stated they are unsruptulous and unethical.
