This all started with calls at 8am everyday for about 3 weeks as an automatic system and to press one if i am a homeowner. After many failure attempts to ask to be taken off the list, i finally agreed to be transferred over to one of their sale reps. His name was CJ and he was the rudest man i have ever spoken to, but he ask me would i rather loose my home or save it. Obviously i said save it, so from that point on i was in. I paid half of the 3500 i was pushed into paying, i saw NO RESULTS, AND NO ACTION being made. I had spoken to over 5 people and all of them a week later was gone from there. I then spoke to woman in customer service and she reassured me that it was a long process. But by then it was already 4months in and my house was posted for a Trustee Sale date in 2 weeks. That was it, i called and cancel and they gave me over to a so called manager by the name of Aaron Andersen and he pressured and humiliated me until i agreed to give him one more week for them to "catch up with my file" 2 weeks passed, no phone calls, every time i left a message no one called me back. I finally got a hold of someone and i decided i was done,i wanted the full refund i was promised back if nothing was done, and i got practically nothing back. A month in a half later i got a check for 300.00 back, when i called to say their was a mistake they told me i should be grateful i got something back. i let them know that because of cj telling me NOT TO PAY MY MORTGAGE i would have not been in this mess, they told me they NEVER say that, and that they will get someone or an attorney to call me back in regards to a refund. its been 1 month and still NO WORD, NO CALL BACK, NO LAW FIRM BUSINESS. this place is a SCAM, if you ever call your bank in the home mortgage department you will hear for yourself "if someone asks you not to pay your mortgage and pay them, that's a scam" "if someone guarantees you that you will not loose your home if we work for you, its a scam" "if a business asks for money upfront, its a scam" HELLO PEOPLE THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID, and i was too stupid too see that till now!
