My name is Shannon Frankland and I live in Maine with my husband and daughter. We own our own home and we use to own our own small trucking business. My husband ran this business for 10 years and made GREAT money; as well as I have always had a job. My husband was injured last December and well to make a long story short, Workman's comp didn't want to pay, the disability companies didn't want to pay, it has been a horrible mess; in and out of court. Well to say the least the last year has been like a real long night mare. Then we couldn't pay our mortgage, we called hope for homes and they have helped us for 7 months. They have handled all the paper work, all the phone calls, ya know, all the things that we all dread to do, they did. Well the last month we thought we were loosing our American dream but thanks to hope 4 homes we received the best Christmas present ever. We received a phone call just yesterday from the women (our guardian angel) who has been doing all the work on our modification and she told us she did it. Our mortgage wasn't just reduced, it was cut almost in half!!! It's amazing what they have done for our family. Since all of their hard work, not only with the mortgage company but with me calling some times flipping out due to stress we are able to keep and live the American dream, we are not loosing home. Thank you hope for homes you truly are our guardian angels!!!
