THE PERFECT SCAM????? STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTHERS

Dear friends I started this program on 02/2010 and set up a plan for consolidating my debts after a divorce for 22 months and 350.00 dollars per month and 7700.00 dollars total. I never receive any statements until I notice that the time has come and that I needed to review my last payment. Come to find out that they collected 26 payments and an overdraft of $2,028.00 dollar that I been struggling to get back and all I been getting is nothing they needed 3 month to resolve and it's been 5 months now and nothing. I been sue now by one of my creditors and Law the money went to ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE. My court date is set for 10/09/2012 and since I have no money to pay a lawyer I will defend my self. They try to negotiate with my creditor only after I sent them the date set by the court and came back to needing another 9000 dollars.

WHAT IS BAD IS THAT I CONTACTED THE CALIFORNIA BAR AND THEY DID NOT TAKE MY COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY LICENCE LAWYERS AND NOT LAW FIRMS THAT MAKES THIS MOTHERS IMMUNE. 10/09/2012 went to court in Houston to face the creditor as they left me standing with no representation. I HAVE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IN CALIFORNIA AS WELL WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN CALIFIRNIA FOR NOT DELIVERING WHAT HAS BEEN PROMIS3ED. they are now playng dumb and not even answer the phone calls and when they do they are madder than what you are.
