I got taken for $2900 like many of you have as well. I cannot believe they are still allowed to do business. Repeated attempts to receive a refund from a seemingly worthless contract that says I am due a refund. They were not allowed to collect the money upfront after 10/2009 either. That info straight from my State Bar investigator. They have broken the law in doing so and broken their contracts with many clients.
Please report them to the State Bar in Los Angeles. Even if you are out of state you need to make your voice heard. Please also contact me if you would like to be part af a class action lawsuit. I spoke to an attorney today. Lets do this.
