I had signed a contract with Janian & Associates in April of 2010 with their promises of helping me & my family with the mortgage modification. Well i got a run around with only a few phone calls wanting me to submit the same paperwork over & over. Each phone call was a different person. Never the same.In early Feb 2011 i got a phone call saying the firm could not help me with my situation of being behind by several months in my mortgage. Ive left at least 9 messages & emails regarding my refund (100% money back guarantee) with no responses to any of the phone messages or emails. Ive invested $2200 to save my home in which case now in reality is losing. They should follow their contract guarantee & refund hard working peoples money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!
