Enrolled in a loan remodification program with Janian & Associates since 21 February 2010. Paid $2995.00 so far and Janian has requested an additional $1500.00 for a legal stay on my property. Long story short I was told in November 2011 that my loan re-mod is with the Underwriter and I assume it was until 23 February 2011 when I was infromed by the lender that I was dropped from the loan re-mod program for failure to submit required documents. on 28 March 2011 Janian & associates informed me thay needed additonal docs for the lender (Over a month after I was dropped from the re-mod program??) Had I not talked to my lender recently (28 May 2011) I am sure this firm would continue to string me along (which they have recently asking for the $1500.00 on 26 May 2011). I have played by the rules in not corresponding with me lender as requested by Janian & Associates. I can certainly see why now so they can continue to drain you of money you don't have. Thanks Janian and Associates SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
