I worked with LawInc to set up an LLC for my company chartauditsonline.com in Texas in March, 2010. They were professional, answered questions timely and had my paperwork completed and sent in quickly. I was a little worried about doing business with a company in California to do work in Texas but I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and to work with them again.
