Please beware of this company. You may be charged a registration fee for succeeding years on your credit card statement, long after you may have taken a class, with no advance notice. I am having a very difficult time disputing this charge as well. I booked 2 classes last year, which learning annex cancelled. I was told I had to pay a registration fee of $29.95 that was not refunded even though they cancelled the classes. Ok, that is the way it was.
I did not expect to find a new apparent registration fee on my credit card 1 year later. I have spent over 3 hours on this so far- and still dealing with it.
Stay away- my advice. No star if possible
