James Kazak worse than unprofessional

On 5/29/20 my husband and I met with James Kazak paid him his full fee and gave him the filing fee for an uncontested dissolution of marriage. We brought him all the required documentation and signed all documents that day when we met with him.. James filed the initial paperwork then dropped us all together.
He would not respond to emails nor answer phone calls. The only phone number we had was the office. I was always told by the receptionist that he was not there and he did not answer messages. This went on for over a year before I finally realized he did not intend to do the job he had already been paid in full to do. I then hired another attorney to complete the case for me. It has taken until June 14, 2022 for this dissolution to become final due to relying on James Kazak who takes your money and runs....never to be heard from again!!!!
