I filed a DBA with LegalCPU because their prices are considerably cheaper than other small claims sites. During the process they failed to give me any notification whatsoever as to what was going on, and they failed to reply to my email.
The process took nearly two weeks, and the whole time I had no clue what was happening--or even if they were going to actually file my claim. I was about to send them yet another email when my DBA finally arrived. I never received any follow-up from LegalCPU.
Several of the reviews I read before using LegalCPU are also posted verbatim on this website.
All around, the company seems like a "one man show" type of thing: poor grammar on many of the site's pages and an absolute lack of communication. They would do much better if they talked to their customers, cleaned up their website and answered emails.
