Terrible customer service. I signed up for Small Claims service, paid my money, and am still waiting for even some acknowledgement that my paperwork is in process. There's NEVER anyone who answers the phone, and the three emails I've sent have all been answered with an autoreply saying that they'll get back to me within the next 24-48 hours (which they haven't). In addition, I have no response on my request to refund the $240 I've paid them.
I'm stressed, pissed off, and I think these guys are complete scammers. You're better off filing the papers yourself and avoiding their fee.
In addition, I'd bet money that all the "good" reviews on this page were written by themselves.
Complete nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM LEGALCPU!!!
