I have been a customer of Legal Helpers for 14 months. The first 13 months were spent paying their fees. During that time I received no help from them. I have been taken to court by one of my creditors and was ordered to pay them $100 a month in addition to what I was paying LHDR.
Recently I tried to call LHDR to just check on any progress on my account and it took me 3 weeks to get someone to call me back. I called and left 57 messages during that time. When someone called me back I demanded to talk to an attorney which my contract with them says I have a right to. Today I noticed my account had been closed and my "savings" were deposited in my bank account.
Out of the over $6000.00 I have paid them I was returned $1500. I am not sure what I paid the money for. Nothing was done to help me. I am now worse off then I was in the beginning. By the way no one will return my calls from LHDR, go figure.
