We paid this firm $2500 a year and a half ago, and still aren't in permanent loan modification, as they promised. Every 6 months, we have to go through the same thing of sending the mortgage company financial info. This firm has a hard time keeping people who can complete the work. Now, we are told that the office in Jupiter, FL closing, and we are having a very difficult time getting a copy of our case notes. Seems as though they are creating more stress for the consumers who are already having a hard time staying in their homes.
