I received a telephone call from a Chistopher Bailey phone # 714 781 1790 on 2/18/2010 . He informed me that I was qualified to recieve a loan modification immediately, and my new interest rate would result in a $1000.00/mo reduction in my mortgage payment. This was good news to me, but it came with the condition that I pay him a $695.00 upfront fee. I believe this is not legal in CA.
