I was unsure of the process, what paperwork needed to be prepared, and how much money the entire process would cost, with you however my concerns were addressed from the get go. From the first email I sent your representative Yasmine provided me with a fair quote and explained in detailed what was covered and the entire process. I was given all the information needed for making my move even before I had chosen you as my shippers. The communication was great. I could call or email and my concerns were addressed immediately. Even if I could not speak to Yasmine, whoever answered the phone was aware of my case and provided excellent customer service. The people who picked up my items were professional, courteous, and careful with my items. They helped packing my items, explaining the process, and writing a packing list. When I arrived at my new home I was met with the same level of professionalism as was provided by Legend International. Legend International chose a company abroad to handle the end part of my move which reflected the same professionalism and respect that Legend itself provides. During communications I informed Legend of everything and my distance was not limiting, we were still in contact all the time, until the last box was delivered to my hope.
