First of all, I would not believe any of the positives reviews about this company. I guarantee they are fake/paid for. This company is shameful. They charge extremely high interest rates that constitute usury but get away with it because they are funded by Cross River Bank, a charter bank based in NJ that allows them to get around state usury laws. They are not upfront at all and take advantage of people in dire situations such as a death in the family or in the middle of a medical crisis. They don't post payments -- stating that the payment didn't go through, wasn't received etc. When you go to your account online the information changes sometimes daily. It's not accurate. I get letters stating I am 17 days late and then the same day when I check my account it states that I'm 47 days late. I have been paying on a $15,000 loan for three years and my balance is $15,027. This is not an honest company and they profit off of other people's misfortune. Getting a loan through them was one of the worst decisions of my life. They don't care if you lose your income -- they won't change the interest rate or lower your payments. They simply don't care. I advise anyone to stay FAR away from this company and to believe the negative reviews, not the positive ones.
