This law office, mortgage company, family law business or what ever they claim to be is a fraud. This company is just like a time share company. They are so nice, make promises,send letters saying how your loan is approved with a reduced interest rate and Mr England even stated that they would take 100,000 off my entire mortgage. What a fraud??? This company just took my money and made excuses and blamed me for 11 months of doing nothing. This company did not do one thing they promised. I started this nightmare back in March of 2009. I found out through my own research today Feb 3, 2010 that my loan modification was submitted to my Lender's default dept which my loan was not in default. Nice work. So my lender denied the loan modification becasue my loan is not in default. Of course this process has taken 11 months so far. I have asked for my money back from Brian Colombana since he misrepresented me and my loan. I would not recommend this law firm, law center, loan relief or what ever to anyone>>
