Still trying, Still being stonewalled. They say they are under new ownership. I think it is just more of the same
So Many customers in the same boat. Thanks for the help with some names and phone #s. Seems the same scenario of on hold, false promises, un-returned calls and stonewalling. I have made a report to the CA Attorney General's office AG.CA.Gov/consumers/general. It does seem that once in a while someone posts that they have really received a refund so I will keep trying. What a sad end to a great company
