My husband I moved from California to MI and used this company because they sold me on the A rating through BBB. The day of the move came and it was HORRIBLE!!! They left trash all over the place packed up things that were not going, spent about 10 minutes in my bathroom and were 2 hours late.

During the moving process all the movers vanished for awhile, turns out they were near the Budget Rental Truck outside doing nothing. While they were chatting away outside I was inside moving boxes all on my own because things were already two hours behind.

As I mentioned above they left trash all over the place, they also left an open box cutter in my 2 year old daughter's room. She of course had to be one to find it. Thankfully she was not injured by their utter disregard to care that they state they have.

Once they had our stuff and we paid them nearly $2000 the day of the move we couldn't get a hold of them for the longest time. In fact when my husband was able to reach someone he was told he was being annoying and at one point was told that we were pain the a$$...Their words not ours.

The woman I dealt with informed me that they own their own trucks, if you go to the company's website they elude to owning their own trucks, when in fact that is a out right lie! As I mentioned before they showed up to pick up our stuff in a Budget Rental Truck and then when our things were delivered it was whole different company. Which was just "amazing", considering the only English speaking mover that came to pick up our stuff said he would be accompanying our things the entire way...He wasn't with them.

We had requested a re-weigh of our things to be done the day our things would be delivered. Well that didn't happen, even though in their Customer Rights book it states that it can. Instead I was threatened by the mover of the different company that he would just leave with my stuff instead. He was told by Lion Transportation to do that and that we couldn't do a re-weigh and if we insisted on one to leave with our things.

This company is HORRIBLE! It has bad customer service, the website and the customer representatives shouldn't elude to the customers that they own their own trucks, as well if you take the time to read the website it sounds as though a 5th grader wrote it. Telling the customer they are a pain in the a$$ and not informing the customer that their things have changed hands/companies is wrong, and I hope that this company continues to lose ratings through the BBB.
