STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Used them to move my mother's household furnishings/items from Arizona to Arkansas. They were blatantly untruthful. Told us that they brought a Budget truck because the moving truck couldn't get to where we live from Phoenix. A major US Interstate was the route in question. We were told they would take her things back to Phoenix and load directly to truck then deliver in 5 to 7 days. Things went to LA somewhere to be stored in warehouse. As seems to be typical with the industry, the estimated pounds were very low so cost was more than double. We never got the expected call from the "truck" so we began calling them. They didn't return a single call.
When packing and wrapping they used the most expensive tape and shrink wrap imaginable. $1000.00 worth. They put tape directly onto furniture so when removed it removed the finish also. All but 3 dining chairs, 1 barstool, 1 end table, and 1 small chest arrived damaged. Not only nicks or slight scratches, but deep gouges and sections of veneer ripped off. We found out that her piano was stored on its end. Thank goodness they contract with others to deliver. That driver made them load it correctly. He wasn't able to stop them before they loaded the chest freezer and topped it with a dresser and several very heavy boxes. It is destroyed. The furniture has been moved many, many times over the past 40 to 50 years be family and friends without a single scratch. This has been devastating for Mom.
I read the review from Bill S. below and noted that his use of language was much like the man in charge of our move "Oz" stated he was from Israel and ordered me to spell for him. Of course by then he was in possession of the furniture and was holding all the cards as well as the ace up his sleeve.
Avoid this company at all cost! I had no choice but to give at least 1 star here, but would have given a severely minus rating if possible.
