I wanted to take a few moments to thank David and his team at Loanofficerschool.com. Recently, my father in law passed away unexpectedly and left behind his mortgage business he spent 28 years building. The entire family agreed that we wanted to fulfill
his wishes of continuing his legacy with the family, but in order to do this I needed to find the quickest way possible to obtain my NMLS licenses. David was very helpful and mentioned that I could take a crash course over the weekend and complete my 20 hours
and in theory, I could do the required hours and complete my test in about a week. With me not having a loan officer background, the odds were against me. But I forged through with the guidance of the instructors at Loanofficerschool.com and completed my 20
hours in one weekend and passed their required test that Monday morning. I also set it up in advance to take my NMLS and California test the next day and managed to pass both tests on the first try. I don't recommend that you come into this industry with little
to know experience and think you can pass the course and required tests in less than a week like I did, but without a doubt I recommend David and his staff at Loanofficerschool.com. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you do
