This moving company was awful to say the least. The sales rep said there was one rate and that it would not change, yet the driver arrived and increased it by over two dollars/cu ft and increased the cu feet by 200 before even putting it on the truck. The driver was rude and I have never had a more UNPROFESSIONAL experience. Please if you are reading this do not take your chances with this company. The supervisor at the company made no attempt to resolve the conflict. This driver was yelling and screaming at me, and the supervisor Michelle said that I am not paying for customer service only paying for my stuff to be moved. WRONG! I paid over 2,000 dollars and customer service and professionalism should be expected, but not with this company. They don't even move the stuff they contract it out, yet the website says "cut out the middle man," this is a lie. The binding quote says wrapping the furniture with moving blankets and pads is included, this is another lie. The website says, "low cost moving is synonymous with SERVICE and QUALITY," this is a LIE. Also the website stated that movers are professional, an obvious lie. I was ripped off, yelled at, and lied to. When I called to report this to the company, no answered or EVER called me back.
BEWARE of this company they are scam artist!!! These other 5 star reviews do not reflect the actual experience I had.
