I am not so happy

Low Cost Moving did move for us 2 months ago. We requested storage service and were told that our goods will be delivered upon our request. Few days ago we contacted them as we are ready in our new house and wanted our goods as soon as possible. The rep said that it will be delivered only after 7 days from our phone call. I am not happy about that. I understand that it takes time to drive from CA to NJ, but we think they should load everything to the truck and just drive to us. This is the reason we are not so happy and we give them 3 stars. Other than that, everything was done right and professional. Thank you
