I purchased a washer with the extended service plan, after three years my washer stopped working i called the service center for a repair a 3 hour window was set up, one the repair man came i was told that he thought it was something and would have to order parts now i am hearing that it will be at least five to seven day before parts can come in the will not rush them i again will have to waste my time waiting in hopes he order the right part i contacted lowes service center and received no help in soliving this issue. Based off of my experience with extended warranties on other appliances that i have purchased from Bestbuy, Lowes does not want to help there customers i will not purchase any product from them. i should have stuck to Bestbuy at least they know how to take care of there customers
