I did not file a complaint on this site as I did not in the end contract for service with this company - and I am glad that I did not. The company charged my credit card in less than two hours of requesting service (a few days prior to the proposed event date). The full amount of $801 was charged to my credit card. However, since no service was performed, I requested a refund (within two hours of initial contact) and was told my credit card had already been charged. It took over two weeks and repeated contact for the refund and the company only refunded $701, rather than the $801 charged to my account. The owner, Steve Garcia, said this was a mistake on the part of the assistant. However, to date the full refund has not yet been applied to my account. I would think twice before contracting with this business. They have sketchy business practices (i.e. charging customer before services are rendered, not issuing a refunds promptly or in the correct amount). Beware!
