I planned a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday that included a limo from Lucky Boyz Limo. The limo was 35 MINUTES LATE, which caused a lot of stress in trying to keep the surprise. The reason they gave was that the last people had it longer than normal, disregarding my scheduled pickup time completely. Then when the limo FINALLY arrived to pick up my friends down the road, it was trashed. The driver told us not to use any cups without napkins in it because they had been used by the last party, and the napkins and other trash were spread out all over the limo so my friends had to clean it. The limo arrived to pick up my bf and I and we had to get ice from our freezer since the last party used it all! The air conditioner didn't work and it was HOT. We did our best to enjoy the time and not let it ruin the birthday but were still very upset that our luxury ride turned into a frustrating uncomfortable mess. I had scheduled all this with Steve the owner and on Monday left a message asking him to call, he blew me off and had a Margarita call me. I explained the situation to Margarita and she assured me she would discuss with Steve and call me back the following day. Today after a week of no response I called again and was told they didn’t know if they could do compensation because we left the limo a mess, she defined this as leaving bottles inside which you are SUPPOSED to do in a limo, and we received it the same way! Now they refuse to respond. I am DISGUSTED,
