About two weeks ago, we had an air conditioning problem, and we called Lumas Air which sent out two technicians, Javier Estrada and Dawud Al Mansur on three separate occasions . When I came home, my wife was ecstatic at the quality of service and their professionalism. Based on her experience with them, we were about to have our furnaces replaced by Lumas. Then my wife encountered a person who subsequently identified himself to me as Anthony Moore.
When I got home after her first encounter with him. She described him as arrogant and condescending. When I arrived home tonight, October 5, she was livid after her experience with him. I do not become easily irritated, but in a few short minutes, the person who described himself as Anthony Moore so irritated me with his arrogance that I told him that, he had just lost the $15,000 job that replacing the furnaces would have meant. The man was exceedingly obnoxious. Jess Womack
