I placed an order for the 3 month course of Anberen on November 18, 2010. I was informed by the representative that if the product did not work simply return the unused portion and a full refund would be given.

I sent an email to Lunada on December 27,2010 for information on returning the product because it was not working at all for me. I received a response via email informing me that my 30 days had expired so therefore I would not receive a full refund only 75% and that I had to pay shipping again.

Why does Lunada start the expiration time from the date of the order instead of allowing the product time to get to you? why was I not informed of this at the time the order was placed? They informed me that it would take 7 to 10 working days to get to me so why not start the start date of the expiration then? Why am I penalized for a product that is not in my possession?

I should not have to pay for shipping this product back to them. So my refund is not what I was informed...........they say anything to sell their product.....I was looking forward to finally getting rid of my menopausal symptoms but this company is like the rest..... A RIP OFF !!!!! I will never use them nor will I ever refer anyone to them for this product.

Again I contacted this company and spoke with a nurse who informed me that I would not get my full refund. She also stated that I should have contacted them when I noticed the meds were not working. I was frustrated by her tone so I hung up and called back. This sales rep says she too was a nurse, and after allowing me to voice my opionions she stated that she would speak with her supervisor. She called me back to inform me that a FULL refund would be credited back to my MC. Today I received the full refund.

I still will never use this product mainly because of their lack of information to the consumer prior to getting their money. This is bad business.

I hope anyone who finds that this product does not work will also get a full refund.
