Mike, we want to make sure to adequately thank you for a job well done. Our kitchen/laundry room remodel was eight years in the making, and you were well worth the wait. We never imagined that it would turn out so nice.
We wanted to let you know what we appreciated most about working with you and your team: direct involvement in every aspect of the remodel; attention to detail and organization; responsiveness and availability; everyone that did work at the house was professional, trustworthy, and respectful; cost was in line with original estimate; pride in a quality job well done.
Quite honestly Mike, you have a good thing going. You should never let that change. We would recommend you without hesitation. We could go on an on. There were multitudes of choices, selections, and decisions to be made in our remodel project. Looking back, our very best decision was hiring you. We absolutely love our kitchen/laundry room and look forward to working with you again soon.
We have come to value you not only as our contractor, but also as our friend.
