Was mailed wrong order, can't reach

I placed a order, when my order arrived, nothing but one item was correct, I only have dogs and they mailed me Frontline for cats. I have tried to reach Maak Enterprises with no success. I wish you could talk to a real person. I now am trying to get my money back from my bank. I will NEVER order again.
