Management success has changed my business in several good ways!

I started with management success in the end of 2009 I went to the seminar with my wife we were at a point of do we close the doors and work for someone else or is there something out there that will help grant you I am no dummy! I am a master auto technician
of over 25 yrs. In the field working for dealers after market chains and mom and pop auto repair shops also shop Foreman /manager. I had went in to business for myself in 2003 and things were ok accept finding good help trying to run the front of the shop
and work on cars service write give customers rides home etc. The proverbial man with his hair on fire running threw the shop being super dad baby sitter and owner. We did grow during this time and even bought a building moved in to a 5 bay shop it expanded
but no time for me 70 hrs. A week was a slow week for me a vacation right if I shut it down completely. As I said earlier we were ready to close the doors! My wife and I went to management success seminar they made sense I felt like they knew what I was going
threw so we signed up with some help which they got handled. We got to working with good people from the start top to the bottom I have not met or talked to anyone who does not care about how you are doing and wants to truly help you get to where you want
if they don’t have an answer they will find out why or get with someone that will help you. We now have all 6 bays working a service adviser 3 technicians I am in the manager chair now from the working tech etc., I rarely work in the shop on vehicles only
when I want to for some special projects or when we have a trouble vehicle that we need to put our heads together on money is still money for the most part there is more. I am happy when I go to work again my wife will even tell you the stress is less on me
I am much happier. I like my shop and the people I work with better granted we are still working with people cars and the general public. We get away without worrying if the shop will be there or not when I get back I have more time with my family we have
had couple vacations. they give you good advice and tools to work with that help you look at your business in different ways that help you handle it better to succeed in ways you had not or maybe you had thought of but did not know how to get in place where
it need to be to work like you wanted it to it is like good training for you as an owner/manager like good training for technicians it pays off in more time and money for you in the long run I give them 5 stars all the way around great help great people!!!!
