Tim McFarlin represented me in 2010 for a short sale real estate situation. I thought my situation was hopeless after speaking to another attorney, but then I spoke with Tim. He has a whole new point of view. One that the other attorney either didn't see, or know existed. Tim is the man. Needless to say that my case went in my favor and I give Tim complete credit for that. He is a smart, knowledgeable lawyer, and he has a pleasant demeanor to him. I recommend him.
