This is the fourth time I've used McLay Plumbing, Heating, and A/C. The first was for basic plumbing repairs to replace a faulty regulator, and the second was for a complete A/C and heater unit replacement, including two follow-up inspections as part of the service maintenance for the two units.
Allow me to point out that I'm very wary of plumbers and electricians. I've had bad experiences, very bad experiences, supremely bad experiences, and on the flip side, exceptionally good experiences. Nothing in between, yet, but if I stick with McLay Plumbing, I'm sure I won't have to worry about that. That should be an indicator as to where this review is going.
The most recent service was the installment/replacement of the A/C and heater units. Not only is McLay reasonably priced, but after installation, they genuinely want to make sure everything is working to specifications, even after the sale and installation. If anything is not within spec during operation, they address it immediately. I've never experienced more meticulous individuals who want to ensure the success of the product they endorse.
Their professionalism from the front office to field personnel has been consistent with each visit. I never, not even once, got the notion that they ever wanted to sell services that weren't needed. I highly recommend all of their advertised services.
