DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Meaningful Beauty products for 2 years. The reason I kept ordering was that I loved the product and still do. The reason why I do not want to order anymore is that the customer service has become very LOW. I had an incident last year-my
eye cream arrived pupped. I called customer service and the rep was very nice. She apologized hundred times and two days later i received my eye cream and bunch of other staff. This time i ordered day cream, but i changed my address. The rep was very rude
and not careful enough to record my address correctly. The order has been shipped to the wrong address. After two weeks I called to find out where is my order. The rep was not helpful at all. She ordered me to go to the post office and find out about the order
on my own. After I found out that my order went back to the company I tried to cancel the order and get my money back, but it didn't happened because now I have to file some letter that i didn't receive my order.The tracking number shows that my order was
never delivered. I asked for replacement but she refused to do it. What the ....... is that???!!!!! WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?????!!!!!!! WASTE MY OWN MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to get my $40 back for only one cream and this is going to be my
probably last time I am dealing with this company.
