Thank you for helping us to achieve a truly beautiful addition to our home. From the very start of the process to the finished product, you and your staff were there every step of the way to help us in achieving our vision. You and your design staff were able to listen to our wishes, both spoken and unspoken, and suggest a design that was truly unique, gave us more that we originally thought we wanted, and yet very practical. Now that it is built, we are the envy of all who see it.
Although we lived at the house during construction, it was not nearly the horror story that everyone warned us about. We were pleased with the way that your crews showed up to work when you said they would. We were also pleased with the way that most of the changes to the design were accommodated by you without additional cost. For the most part, the costs for the change orders were fair and reasonable.
Additionally, we want to especially commend your finish crew for the professional way in which they completed the project. They were indispensable in helping us to design the finish look and feel of the remodel. Not only do we have a beautiful addition, but most importantly, it is both functional and a reflection of our tastes and personality.
