I bought memory from this company before all the other bad reviews were published. Other than charging my card well before they shipped the merchandise, they seemed like any other vendor. Unbelievably bad company! Two of four memory modules I bought from them failed (these are the first modules I've had fail after decades of computing and many computers). Memory To Go has been extremely hard to contact (they do not return voicemails or emails, and they rarely answer the phone). They told me it would take up to 45 days to replace the first failed unit. It is now 3 months and they have taken no action. After many attempts, I have been able to talk with "Isaac", "Justin" and "Michael" a couple of times and they always respond "I'll check with the RMA Department." They have yet to ship me anything, and I'm left with having to deal with their failed product. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their "lifetime warranty" seems to be totally a marketing claim and totally worthless. The company has thoroughly demonstrated to me that they have no integrity and have absolutely no concern for their customer or business reputation. I strongly recommend avoiding Memory To Go; there are many really good, reliable, affordable memory vendors to use instead.
