we bought a couch here 3 months ago and it was defective, we had the furniture store send a guy to look at it and he said the Ashley manufacture put a defective part under the couch that causes it to make a loud squeak noise that is horrible and you cant fix it with WD40 lol , its the srpings under the couch and the guy said he was going to replace the couch instead, here we are 3 months later and I have been calling every week since the guy came out 3 months ago and they keep telling me they are reviewing it,and that they will deliver the couch every Friday and that a manager would call me, not once have I ever received a call about my replacement couch, don't ever buy a couch here, go to a place that cares about customers, this place seems to be lazy about replacing something that was defective the moment we got it, now I see why they try to advertise alot, they are desperate to get customers because this must be happening to many customers or something, just don't buy a couch here, what a horrible couch, just think this is my first couch I ever bought and it's an Ashley furniture too, that's supposed to be a good brand too. I will never buy a couch here ever again.
