The reason we went back to Midwest ( Apel) My mother didn't trust any one else. Also had gone to Midwest the two years before. We were told they were swamped and it would be at least 3 to 4 weeks till they got her taxes done, Two weeks later Carri Karls called and said they were done and my mother would have to pay into the Feds over $1000.00 . We both knew this was wrong for my mother Is 83 years old and didn't make enough to make this big of a mistake. My mother called them back and to what we thought what the mistake could be. After a couple of hours Carrie Called back as said that My Mother would be getting Over $4000,00 Back from the Feds. Then The Bill was $480 Then after Talking To Brandon Masbruch on the phone . His response was the Taxes were corrected And we were totally Inappropriate for yelling , I never raised my voice, I wasn't happy that an $9,40 was added to the total bill for using a charge card. For what was charge this should have never Happened. Especially 1/4 mile down the same street my mother could get her taxes done for $120,00 I checked, Don't waste your money go some were else, Brandon Is the Chief Investments Officer not really a people person,
