VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THEM

Milstein Adelman Jackson & Wade originally contacted me in 2009 regarding a structure class action suit against the construction company Morrison Homes in Stockton. In their solicitation they were going to fix the defects with my home (that's a joke) that is the only reason I signed on. Then I received a letter indicating they we were going to get a settlement. In the beginning of this year I was told they had received a settlement and that the disbursements were going to be distributed around May or June of 2017. I have been trying to follow up with them and to no avail as of today 12/28/17, I have not heard from any of the lawyers of this firm. I continue to get the receptionist who have no answers, will not allow you to speak to anyone else but the associate assigned to your class action suit. Needless to say if there were any funds the firm got it all.
