Same Story as what I see here

I don't know how this law firm is still in existence. Our class action law suit has been going on for 6 years, we have settled and been advised we will be getting $1500 which we are still waiting to receive. We were told we would have the money in December, then June now it is September. We provided pictures of damage, repair bills that were paid out of pocket and bills that our homeowners insurance paid. The amount that they settled for only covers the deductible that we paid.
They claim they were not aware of the pictures or all of the damage to our home. However, their attorney attended the disposition and took the pictures for our file. I am sure, just like the rest of you we will never see a dime.
Maybe we should start a class action against Milstein Adelman, LLP
