Bad customer service, and very rude employees. They way that they speak to you is just disgusting, and I was speaking with a supervisors that what she claimed she was. I lost my job and was still sending them payments I asked if it was possible to change the due date so that away I could pay my rent they state no. So my payments have been late but paid before the month is over yet they still call me threatening to take my car when I only have 2 months left to finish my loan. I promise if I ever take a loan out for another car and I am told this company is going to handle my loan I will bring that car back and find someone else to get a car loan for. these people are just rude.
